  1. I found the liquid B12 in my health food store. It is actualy B Total Has more then just B12 and I put one dropper under the tounge and hold it for a few seconds then swallow it. Really works well I think I got 2- 1oz bottles for less then 15 dollars and one bottle has lasted me a LONG time. I dont take it every day. But I left one at work so when I was getting that sluggish feeling Instead of having caffeene jolt I could have a B12 jolt. Works better then caffeene in my opinion.
  2. I do a liquid vitimin. Put it in a shot glass and Down it in the morning. Taste dosent last too long but the vitimin effects are great! Then I have liquid B12 for when I am feeling sluggish.
  3. I can eat Fries...I usually dont because they fill me up fast. But I will have a few when I am craving them. When I go out to eat I usually choose something I REALLY want. eat slow and I am fine. OH and I do tend to pick things I am sure will heat up in the microwave. Because Now I actually have left overs. lol The only food garenteed to make me PB is pork chops. They are just too thick for MY band. Everything else I am ok on. As long as I chew enough and eat slowly. I do not drink any carbonated beverage. But that is my choice I dont like the effects carbonation has on your stomach. and no caffeen for me either. lol
  4. When you can pack a baggie of peanuts to take to the water park and count it as your meal. AND not be hungry the whole day. lol
  5. When you can look down and see for yourself your shoes are untied...And then not havve to hunt up a chair for yout be able to tie them.
  6. lol Get Both! Jewlery is a nice thing Clothes is a must. lol
  7. Lol the band police....I get the diet police. Grrr "can you eat that?" I hate that. It really irks me. I play enough mind games with food I dont need anyone elses imput on what I eat. I am losing weight. Maybe not super fast. But I wanted the slower weight. Sometimes I just want others to mind their own business. But I am glad the people on here are being suportive. It is nice to know we have a good group here. I have missed you. And glad your doing well. Keep up your strength
  8. when Burping is not even thought as rude anymore.
  9. You think getting a shot is no big deal after having fills.
  10. You wear safty pins in your pants to keep them on.
  11. No question is a dumb question. No it dosent block your airway. Sometimes it feels like it. if it did you would just cough and puke it all out. And usually if your stuck you will be able to tell with in a few moments of taking that bite.
  12. When you continually have to explain to your friends you ONLY want water and your not just being polite.
  13. I was wondering where you went to Wasa. I missed you. I really value your input on protein. You really helped me and I hope the Sleeve works well for you and you will be able to eat real food again. I wish you the best of luck.
  14. The thing that gets me is when I am too hungry. I take too big of a bite and swallow (old habit) then while I am in the middle of the second bite/swallow. I realize I am stuck. But for me if I try to walk it off I will definitly puke. But If I give it a few minutes I might be ok. It is the sliming that gets me. ick Who knew saliva was that thick. But I always know if I am stuck while I am still eatting.
  15. You both will be ok. I was nervous about having surgery too. But I am so glad I did it. Just listen to some happy music and relax. Let them give you something for anxiety. My Dr percribed me some Xanex for the little bit before surgery. I only took a few. But was so glad I had them for those times were my worries overcame me. And the First fill is no big deal. dont look at the needle and let the Dr do the work it will be over in no time. and stay on you liquids for 2 days after. You will be fine!
  16. That is so awsome Chris! I am having a hard time keeping motivated to excercise. I was doing so good. and now the heat is killing me. I dont want to do anything with this heat.
