  1. I use my fitness pal ap and I record EVERYTHING I eat. I strictly stayed on diet my doc said and as soon as doc released me to workout I do kickboxing, circuit, and boot camp classes at the gym 3 days a week. That's all I havr done. I take lots of full body pics and make side by side collage pics these keep me encouraged when I dont see my progress or if I hit a stall they motivate me. Good luck on your sleeve. Im sure if you stay determined u too will rock urs.
  2. Almost 4 1/2 months out and got on scale the other day and much to my surprise im not far from my goal. Im rocking my sleeve and I feel great I'm down 86lbs total and 71 since surgery. Im in the gym 3 days a week and I keep track of everything I eat. Im so excited!!!

  5. Great job! Im hoping to be at my goal weight a year out even though my doc says I shouldn't put that much pressure on myself but I have already passed all my goals I have set so far. I too eat 800-900 calories a day and I workout 2/3 times a week. It feels so great to eat to live not live to eat any more

  13. Im almost 4 months out and in last couple weeks im having hard time eating anything. Everything I eat feels like it gets stuck and sometimes I have to make myslef eat bc I just dont want to or dont wanna it to hurt. Anyone else have this? I started ok with just few things bothering me but seems like more bothers me now. Just curious going to my nutritionist Fri so I plan on asking her too.
  14. Follow all the rules and do pray. U will do great and so excited on results as they come. Its definitely been a "journey" but best decision I have ever made. Im healthier and skinnier and much happier. Good luck
