Well today I'm 1 month out and I'm down a total of 29.5lbs!!! I feel better then I have in years!!! This was the best decision I have ever made!

HW- 316

SW- 289.9

CW- 260.4

      Hey guys sorry I haven't been on in a while. Been really busy. So today I'm 6 weeks post-op and I'm down 35.5! That puts me at almost 52 since I started my pre-op! I'm stoked!!

    Way to go JP! My surgery is Wednesday... Any advice?

    Thanks! Good luck on your surgery! Best advice I can give is drink a lot of water and follow your doctors directions exactly!! You'll do great!! Keep me posted!!
