1 Month Post-op

Well today I'm 1 month out and I'm down a total of 29.5lbs!!! I feel better then I have in years!!! This was the best decision I have ever made!

HW- 316

SW- 289.9

CW- 260.4

How you feeling?

Sore! I've been having a lot of bloating as well. I'm walking a lot to assist with this as I'm sure it's just gas. Staying positive! How's u?

The soreness will ease up don't worry. Just keep walking and sipping!! I'm doing pretty well. 5 weeks tomorrow!

Yeah I can't believe it's been 5 weeks already!! I'm down 34.5 as of today!! I can't wait till the summer time for the first time in I can't remember!! You're welcome! How are you feeling?

Thank you!! I appreciate that very much!! It's definitely a little rough but the end result is worth it. Right now I'm back to a regular type of diet for the most part. I usually eat egg whites or oatmeal for breakfast and a shake or some type of protein(tuna or chicken usually) for lunch and dinner.

Awesome job J! I am so scared but after my last weigh in I know I need to do this.

It's a huge step there is no doubt. Everyone is scared at some point during this journey. Only you and your doctor knows what's best for your health. It's a big change! I'm just 6 days out and the changes so far in my lifestyle are many. Good luck on your journey!

Hey guys sorry I haven't been on in a while. Been really busy. So today I'm 6 weeks post-op and I'm down 35.5! That puts me at almost 52 since I started my pre-op! I'm stoked!!
