Im extremely excited about my loss. I finally hit wonderland. I wanted to be under 200 when I went for 3mo and I was at 197 . Haven't seen that on the scale in over 13yrs. About 54 more till my goal and then to figure out getting a tummy tuck ugghhh.

Thanks. Don't get discouraged if u are losing slowly as long as u are losing everyone loses different. I can barely get 800 calories in a day and I have recently started back in the gym. Thats all I'm doing. I record EVERYTHING I eat. Good luck to u and dont give up. 15 of my pounds were before surgery
