I had my surgery feb 10 and I was at a standstill for last 3 weeks just lost 4 lbs again and I'm feeling motivated again... I know I need to exercise more md cut down the carbs and boost my protein n fluids... Hopefully your plateau doesn't last as long as mine! Good luck

Some people find it difficult to let others be happy and co tribute to them being happy and becoming a better person.... Don't let ANYONE hold u back or discourage u!!( especially not family who should be there n support u!) u should be happy with it success so far and it's gonna get even better!!!!!! It's only beginning!!!

They told me no, but because Im not a goo listener I tried it once and it made me so bubbly and full feeling, it made me feel sick. I'm six weeks post op too and I'd advise u don't even try it
