Weight loss plateu

I I had my surgery on February 11 of this year, but I feel like my weight loss is at a standstill. I excercise and I am only able to eat small portions. Does anyone know what I can do to speed up my weight loss?

    I had my surgery feb 10 and I was at a standstill for last 3 weeks :( just lost 4 lbs again and I'm feeling motivated again... I know I need to exercise more md cut down the carbs and boost my protein n fluids... Hopefully your plateau doesn't last as long as mine! Good luck
