4 months out tomorrow and scale is reading 193. I can hardly believe my eyes! Started at 275 and day of surgery 260. My bmi went from 40 to 29.5. Went from size 20 pants to 14 and 3xl tops to xl. Im so excited! In gym 2/3 days a week and I feel great! No bp meds in 2months :)
