HERE! Well in VA! We are here for 5 more days and we will be home. My kids are out of school and we are already on our way to playing in the sun and at the beach. We went to Va Beach yesterday and had a great time. Karen I am so happy to hear your back is doing better and that you will be banded soon. We have Dr. B and Dr. V here in Charlotte if you are intersted to come this way. They are both very good and you have plenty of girls on here that have used both. I went with Dr. B and he did wonders for me with the Lapband. He also did gallbladder surgery as well and that was a breeze. So keep it in mind. If you go to Mexico The Best Me (Kathy) went out there and can help you with that. She's been banded for a year. WElcome to the board and hopefully we will get to meet you one day. ~Angie

Hello Girls, I made it to Virginia today. We left this morning around 9ish and got here around 3ish. It was a nice drive and we are having a great time. I will be here until the 6th of June. My weekend was awesome. I went out on Lake Wylie. My friends have bought a boat and I was out there until 3:30 saturday and then left for the Jewel and Train concert. That was such an awesome concert. Jewel was so beautiful and sang like a dream!!! I love her and know every song and it was absolutely wonderful. Then yesterday I went out on the lake again until 9:30 in the evening. I loved it. Being on the boat, playing backgammon, and swimming in the lake was so relaxing. I needed it. I should be back around the 6th of June. I am glad to hear all had a great weekend. Wavy good luck on the hpylori. Melissa dont worry about the 2 pounds. Hi KIM! Hi KATHY! Hi Karen! Hi SUNSET! Hey Karen, I am so sorry to hear all that you are going through. But know that you are getting ready to make a wonderful life change and experience all kinds of new things with losing this weight. Last year at this time I was 50 pounds heavier and miserable. Now, I am 50 pounds lighter and very happy and it doesnt hurt to move at all. Last year I went to Vegas before I had my surgery in late June. When I was in Vegas I was miserable walking all over the place. This November I am looking forward to my trip out there so I can walk it and feel great! This is going to be your year! And all your pain and ailements will wash away as the pounds drop. June 17th is our wedding anniversary and not sure if we are doing anything or not? I will have to ask him and see what he wants to do. Things arent going really well so I dont see it working out, so maybe the 17th of June would be a great day to be with you girls. <sigh> I will let you know. Angie

I was June 30th and I have lost 50 pounds so far. I have another 50 to go. It is slow moving now and I have lost sight of what I should be doing. I need a kick in the butt! Hope all you June Bandsters of 05 are doing great. Angie

I will be very busy in July. We do have Father's day in June so need to watch for that? I can't do the 17th of June, it's our anniversary and I want to at least try here.
