Cardio 4 times a week. 60 minutes I eat mostly seafood like crab, fish and shrimp. I eat chicken every now and then because since surgery I get bad heart burn every time I eat it. I drink about 90 ounces of water a day and average 60 to 75 grams of protein a day.

60 minutes of cardio 4 times a week (the glider machine at planet fitness), I normally eat a spinach salad with extra cheese and Turkey for lunch and I eat mostly shrimp and fish. I started out eating chicken but it gives me heart burn when I eat it alot so chicken every now and then. I'm about to start the body by vi shakes.

It does get frustrating with getting on the scale and it's not moving. But yet I still get on and weigh myself everyday. I just came off and almost a week stall at 297.

I haven't but my doctor told me to call if I ever had ant sharp pain in my abdominal . Call your doctor

I was sleeved on 12/16 and since I have been home I have been feeling very tired with no energy. Today I took some liquid b12 and I have so much energy today. And the B12 strawberry flavored liquid that I had tasted pretty good

That's good. You just got to take it one day at a time.

I have broth, Jello, sf Popsicles, and sprite. Also got sf Powerade. Wishing I'd bought tortilla Soup broth.... I'm still on for 0830. I am feeling some melatonin early tonight so I can sleep. I'm starting to be hungry too but I think it's cause there's a food commercial on every 5 seconds lol Yes in not watching tv or if I do I walk out during commercials. I didn't know they have different kinds of broth like that I'm getting excited. I'm not as nervous as I was a few days ago. Have you had gas pains before? I haven't but everyone that I talk to say you can get them all over your body and it's painful.
