  1. Starting weight on my first pre op appointment in October 2013 was 347. Surgery weight was 327 on 12/16/13. Currently 243. Im 5'6
  2. Cardio 4 times a week. 60 minutes I eat mostly seafood like crab, fish and shrimp. I eat chicken every now and then because since surgery I get bad heart burn every time I eat it. I drink about 90 ounces of water a day and average 60 to 75 grams of protein a day.

  8. I haven't post in a while. HW 347 SW 327 CW 286 Been stuck on 286 for couple of days now But I'm glad the scale is moving in the right direction. I haven't been this size in about 3 years. 41 lbs done since surgery 12/16.
  9. Yes honey. My pharmacist told me. It's a common side effect. I took this for about 2 weeks and my hair was falling out worse than I ever seen. I stop taking it. That medicine is suppose to help prevent gall stones from forming with rapid weight loss. Worse case scenario you will have to get your gall bladder taken out.
  10. I was told that it does have a side effect of hair loss.
  11. HW 347 SW 327 CW 292 So my 1 week stall is finally over! But I'm losing inches like crazy.
  12. It does get frustrating with getting on the scale and it's not moving. But yet I still get on and weigh myself everyday. I just came off and almost a week stall at 297. Hopefully, I won't stall this week, but if I do, it's cool. We've lost a great deal of weight in a short period of time. Plus I'm working out 4 days a week with a trainer. So, my body is changing definitely. I managed to get my water intake up to 960z a day now and 100g of protein, trainer said that should help things move along at a steady pace. We shall see come because time will tell. Holy smokes 96 oz of water and 100g protein. What are u eating/drinking to get all that protein in

  14. You look great. Keep it coming! How'd you do the photo? I downloaded an app called photo grid. It's free and easy to use.
