  1. You look great. But I'm not confident enough to post a pic..lol At least not yet. But you definitely inspire me. You can see the difference....it's a big one too. Posting this pic has inspired me by reading everyone compliments. It took me a while to see the difference but everyone say u can see it off the back. So I'm sure you have some pics like mine since our weight and results have been the same. So post your pic already... :-)

  4. How is everyone doing? I must say it is getting easier for me. I've lost 32 pounds so far.
  5. Everyone's body is different I've heard where some people have gained after surgery. Remember that they do pump a lot of fluids in you during surgery. Take your measurements because you could be losing inches. Hang in there

  8. HW 347 SW 327 CW 298 I did hit my goal to be under 300 by 1/1/14. I did my measurements. Since 12/16/13 ive lost 14.5 inches all over and 29 lbs.
  9. HW 347 SW 327 CW 301 I'm really excited. I've lost 46 lbs since 10/21/13 and 26 since 12/16/13. Im hoping to lose these 2 lbs before New Years. Last week when I checked I lost 10.5 inches and went from a 24/26 pants to a 20 pants.

  11. I was sleeved on 12/16 and since I have been home I have been feeling very tired with no energy. Today I took some liquid b12 and I have so much energy today. And the B12 strawberry flavored liquid that I had tasted pretty good
  12. Our numbers are so close! Me: 348, 330 & 309! Yeah they are. I've been losing about 3 lbs a day since surgery. I'm still working on getting in more liquids
  13. Hey there. The best thing that you can do is walk and keep your body moving. It helps alot with the gas. I have been walking for about an hour a day and I haven't had alot of gas pain
  14. I got some liquid pain meds. Hydrocodone . I try not to take it they say it's addictive. I hope you feel better
  15. Sf Popsicles have been my lifesavers. Apple juice too. I am feeling a little tired at times. I'm going to start my b12 liquid tomorrow. Hopefully it will help
  16. Im doing good. I'm still trying to get down 64 ozs a day. I actually started full liquids before I left the hospital on Tuesday. Wednesday he let me start puree food. Im down 13 pounds since surgery but I can't tell where I'm losing it at.

  21. Im good. I am in no pain. I been up walking. In getting the water in.
  22. I was sleeved today. Everything is well. I had a hernia that they repaired. I'm in no pain. You know that feeling that you feel when you do alot of crunches? That's how I feel but no pain at all Thank God. I just finished walking and I feel a whole lot better. God is good!
  23. I'm on my way to the hospital now. Please pray for a safe and speedy recovery. Can't wait to be on the losers bench.
