How do you add the little smiles to your post?

Hi! I am so glad i did not have to do a pre-op diet. I went to Mexico to Dr Zapata and he did not make me do that. I am sure it must be hard. I have fallen in love with sugar free choc pudding by Jello. If you need a treat it is great and only 60 cal. for the little cup it comes in. Donna

Hi! I had my surgery the 27th and i feel really good. A little pain at the port if i try to sleep on that side, but nothing bad. I an soooo glad i got my band. Dr. Zapata in Mexico was wonderful. Donna

Hi! I just returned from Mexico and Dr. Zapata yesterday. I feel fine . So glad i got my band. I have already lost seven pounds and i just had surgery the 27th. I went to the gym this morning and just did some slow walking on the treadmill. Can someone tell me how you start a new thread and why you start one. Thanks Donna

Hi! I just got home from Mexico and Dr, Zapata yesterday. I feel fine and i am so glad i have my band. I was stranded for a night and half the next day at the airport in Atlanta coming home . That was awful, but now i am home and doing fine except for some gas pains. Glad you are doing well also. Donna:clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2::clap2:

Hi. I have only been overweight the last eight or nine years and it feels awful to me. I will be so happy to cross my legs and tie my shoes without problems. I have gotten up to 240 and it is very uncomfortable. I leave in the morning for Mexico because my insurance would not cover.I am very excited.I hope all goes well for you also.:clap2::whoo::car::ranger:

Hi I have my surgery this Fri. I hope i lose as well as most of you have.Right now i am just worried about making all the planes on time and getting to Mexico. I leave Indiana tomorrow morning. Can`t wait to get started. Donna

Hi Melissa, i get my band this Fri in Mexico. I live in Indiana and my insurance would not pay so i am going to Mexico and paying myself.The only good thing about paying yourself is you do not have to jump thru all the insurance hoops. I am soooooooo excited i do not think i will sleep till my plane leaves Thur. morning. Good luck to you !!!!!!

:nervousHi Dr Allen in Lou. Ky. said he would do my fills for a year for 1100. After that it is 250 a fill. I am having my surgery in Mexico . I live right across the river from Lou. in Clarksville In. Does this sound like a good deal for fills? Donna:help:

Hi i am taking three weeks off and my doctor Dr. Zapata said that would be plenty. They say you are up and around real quick. My surgery is next week. I am going from Indiana to Mexico for the surgery and some shopping i hope.

I am so glad i changed my mind about going to Vandemooen. I could never get them on the phone and they canceled my surgery date so i decided to go with someone else. I go to Dr Zapata for surgery the27th. Just a few days now I am so ready. Donna

Hi Has anyone had surgery in Mexico? How did it go? I am going the 27th to Dr. Zapata to be banded. Are fills real expensive if you go to a different doctor? Anyone know?:hungry:
