Google marijuana vaporizer if you're in a medical marijuana state

Eggocado
Pit an avocado
slice small portion off bottom so avocado will lie flat
Mix two eggs with 1/8 c. skim milk
add 2 Tbls. salsa, 1/8 c. low fat cheddar cheese, ground cumin to taste
Add egg mixture to hollowed out avocados ( You may have to scoop out some avocado flesh so it all fits)
Top with sprinkles of low fat cheddar
bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes until set
YUM

Went to the doctor in a huge medical complex today. 6 weeks ago I couldn't walk it...today, no problem!

Boy we are a pair huh?? Sorry to hear you are still having pain too. Im taking classes for healthcare management but just started. May change my route depending on how my back progresses. The last fusion didn't work, he said it basically crumbled. Not sure what the future holds but I enjoy do schoolwork. It gives my brain something to do! Hope you are happy and that your pain lessens and gets controlled!

Had my year check up on the 29 th. Down 137 lbs. Bmi and weight are within normal range, Vitamins looking good. No complaints except for flapping skin lol.

Well today is my surgeraversery I'm down about 110lbs not much else to report

Saw the spine surgeon on Friday. He wants me to come back next month and have a ct to see if the bone is fused enough. He said 6 months is usually the mark where they can go back in. So I see him on the 15th next month and then will be able to set up surgery date I hope. He upped my abstention which makes me tired and have a hazy feeling. Hopefully the end is near. That's what I thought in November too. Anyway fingers crossed!

I think of you so often. I hope a second surgery puts everything in order for you. I just got out of the hospital ; I had a major reaction to all the medication I was on for my ear pain. No fun. Eating well in the hospital wasn't easy. I either ate string cheese and veggies or total crap, so I need to get back on track now. I really lost my taste for Protein, and I still need it to meet my daily goal. Time to get strict. My wish for all of us is that our second year is stress free and healthy.

Happy Saturday all! And a happy one it is! I FINALLY hit onderland! Was beginning to think it wouldn't happen. Can't believe how a stupid number on a scale can make my day! Hope everyone is great.

Sounds like she triggered some powerful emotions. I went to my support group awhile back, and a woman snaccked on wheat thins during the entire group. I was pissed at first, but then I remembered that I couldn't judge; after all, I was sitting in the same group, one comprised of people who were morbidly obese and required major surgery to correct it. None of us got there because of good choices, and i had no business judging others because they were deeper into their food addiction than I. I do wonder how some people pass the psych evaluation. I met one girl who was bulimic and very sick, but qualified for surgery nonetheless. It has been very hard for her.
It's hard not to judge sometimes, especially when you meet people who have seemingly thrown away this gift.
