I hate sleeping on my back, y'all. I cannot wait until I can sleep on my side again. Every time I try, it is just so darn uncomfortable.

Yep, I did it. Next to my belly button. Hurt to sit, bend, sit up. Ugh. Just a horrible PAIN. Was also tender to the touch. It's slowly going away but freaked me out.

What ya eating tonight?
"lunch" I just had 2.5 ounces of regular fage with 6 THIN slices of banana and a teaspoon of sugar free apricot preserves and one splenda packet mixed in. It was delightful. Plain and simple. GOOD STUFF.

"my profile" "edit profile" "display name" apparently you can change it 3 times a month or something. I changed mine due to privacy...and even though I'm being super open on my facebook and life, I don't want real people following me here.

Driving Myself Crazy...Please Help
Mine makes crazy sounds that seem to have nothing to do with hunger. If I drink cold water, I have gurgles and cramps past the pouch. If I eat, it makes crazy monsters inc sounds for hours. I mean hours upon hours.I barely last night!

just got my blood test results back
Didn't effect mine at all. I've got hashimotos (severe under active thyroid--auto immune my body is actually killing it) and I've taken 150. Mcg of synthroid for over a decade. Course, I'm not losing super fast either and right now I'm on my 3 week stall

Does anyone else have like crazy digestion sounds for hours after you eat? I had tilapia tonight and I feel fine.... But it's been hours and the sounds of my own body are keeping me awake!- What ya eating tonight?
I licked a ton of Laughing Cow Swiss cheese wedges off a spoon....- what if options does one have if insurance won't cover bypass
Well, I paid out of pocket. My insurance covered 4K and I covered 12k. I had to pay it all up-front. So I guess, private pay.- What ya eating tonight?
I'm in the same situation as you and I'll be starting week 4 on Monday. It's okay.- What ya eating tonight?
Baked tilapia with lemon, salt and Parmesan. It's my first try at this... But I am on soft foods and I can mush it with my fork. So there ya go.- Post Op question
I also had five- April 2013 Post-Op Group
- Well im THAT girl...
And might I add, I am so very glad that I wasn't a candidate for the band. I was considering it until I went in and he told me with my metabolic issues and all that I wasn't eligible. It seems like nothing but trouble.- Well im THAT girl...
I'm so sorry. We have others I've read have to do that.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
Does anyone else have issues with eggs? It's THE ONLY thing that's given me any issues. Well, a few of my protein shakes have made me nauseous...but the egg. I felt like I was going to die and it was soft scrambled? I don't even have issues with milk. Or fatty cheese. Just eggs.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
It gets better. You were just cut open and had your insides changed and rearranged. I was sure I'd screwed up my life completely until about day 8. Oh, and I cried a LOT. You might add some kind of flavor to your water...like Mio. And even though I knew my chances during the first few weeks of having "buyers remorse" were really high, like 100%, it didn't make it any better when it happened.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
I was told 30-1 hour. Also, your pouch will mature over time to 4-8 oz. I would think that whatever you can eat *in moderation* is fine. I don't know, you might consult your nut though.- What ya eating tonight?
I know. I was shocked it still showed up on my phone then found out, nope, not the computer. That kind of sucks. You could thaw them and slice them and stuff them with a little crabmeat and fat free cream cheese....maybe add in some spinach?- light-headed and dizzy
I agree. I was dehydrated and felt like that. It gets easier to get fluid down.- April 2013 Post-Op Group
OMG. I grabbed the anesthesia dude by the arm and reminded him again before surgery how sick his wonderful stuff makes me. I was so worried I'd throw up. I had one mouthful of blood...right after I started ice chips. It freaked me out so bad. I didn't get to walk the first night because even with that patch and the shot....I almost threw up. Throwing up with fresh staples was my biggest fear going in. I AM SO SORRY THAT HAPPENED TO YOU. Are you okay? - April 2013 Post-Op Group
