  1. I take the celebrate brand in mandarin orange just twice. Day. I love them. HW 229, SW 214, CW 188. RNY 3/14/13
  2. I've had to resort to cheese for breakfast. Or hot tea mixed with unflavored protein.
  3. I thought it was just me feeling like this. I'm 7 weeks post op and nauseous every stinking day! My zofran doesn't help at all. I hope mine doesn't last a year! :/
  4. Thanks ladies I've unfortunately tried fried and scrambled, neither sat well. :/ going to try some nice deviled eggs and see if the moisture helps.
  5. Thank you so much! I will give them a try
  6. I've bought two. One is silver and really nice, the other one is attached to a sports band. On the front they only have my information and emergency contact and then on the back is the info about gastric bypass. No be has asked me about mine. If they do I will probably just tell them I have some medical allergic reactions. It makes me feel safer wearing it in case something were to happen.
  7. I was wondering if anyone has tried the egg substitutes that has had problems with real eggs? I get an upset pouch with regular eggs, but wanted to try the substitutes.
  8. 3oz of outback steak! Yum!!
  9. Yesterday for lunch I had shrimp and cocktail sauce. Mmmm mmmm good! Plus it sat very well. Dinner was Wendy's small chili, about 3/4 of it. Los super yummy!
  10. I should be getting between 60-80. I think ultimately that for some reason I dumped on it and it had very little sugar. I've had other things with more sugar and not dumped but for some reason I just had a reaction to this. Thanks everyone for replying

I'm 6 weeks out and drink tea with lemon juice added, as well as water with lemons. I can't imagine it would be that bad for you since most doctors say add crystal light, etc.
  12. Starting weight 229 Surgery weight 214 - DOS 3/14 Current weight 192 (No loss for two weeks)
  13. I have been struggling with protein since having some complications from my rny. I am still on purée stage of food. I am 6 weeks post op, but only 2 weeks out from leaking complications. I had to restart food stages. This morning I made half a pack of Big Train Fit Frappe Mocha which makes 8oz of a drink. I was drinking it over a 20 minute time frame and before I could finish it I started getting extremely nauseous. To the point of almost having it come back up. Should I be drinking less at a time? Like 4oz over 30 mins? Thanks for your help
  14. Chicken broth for lunch. Some of the meat and veggies from a healthy choice Kung pao steamer for dinner. No rice.
  15. I have the Zumba. Haven't gotten cleared to try it yet :/ hope it's good!
  16. Cup of soup :/ haven't been feeling well so back to liquids.
  17. It shouldn't be hard. You should get that checked as soon as possible.
  18. I had some bad complications from surgery that landed me back in the hospital for an additional two weeks. During that time I did have a few days that I became severely dehydrated. I was unable to keep anything in, including melted ice chips. The only way I was able to begin to keep things in was after a major iv fluid push and asking nausea meds consistently. I had to reintroduce ice chips and water by only 1oz at a time. I would take your dr/nurses advice and go get rehydrated. After I got rehydrated I wasn't throwing up as much and was able to start keeping fluid in. I also had the same type of clear/foamy throw up. good luck to you. I hope you are able to start getting your fluids in soon.
