I see my Dr on Jan 2, i want to try Avocados and Hummes again, i hope & pray i can still eat it

I felt it was just me, everyone kept saying "surgery will get rid of it instantly" I guess time will tell! Also I was reading if you take CINNAMON it helps to bring down the sugar levels, maybe I'll try it.

With surgery did it go away right away or did it take time???

They told me if i have pain anywhere that is unusual pain (example pain in the calf it being hot or red, i should go to the ER ASAP)

Well unfortunately i have to do the cooking every so often i do tell them to go ff cuz some smells bother me (i feel nauseous) beside that it does not bother me (except today my brother bought in n out hamburgers and Omgosh that killed me! Lol

I love cream of stuff, but GBPS i have to add my own spices! Cuz by itself i could not eat it, But the other day i added lowfat cream cheese and wow what a difference (i put 1 tablespoon only)

I have been taking Biotin for 4 month it does work, along with 100% castro oil ( it works 2 ways) 1st way- you message a small amount into the scalp, wash out the next day-- 2nd if your hair is getting "Dry" put in from scalp to tips leave over night wrapped wash out in the morning, can be done 2 or 3 Xs a week ( my hair was feeling like hay dry lifeless) now it's very soft and looks. Healthy.

After drinking my Protein drinks why why why! Has anyone else had this problem!!??

It's better to be safe then sorry when people dont need help that is great more power to them but a couple of days after surgery would be ok, and if you feel like i can go home after a day or two then do so.

If you r prone to rashes (i am) in your boob area document it by taking pics with the date to show your Dr. To show proof of rash

Everyone is different if on meds and your in pain "no driving", as for me two days after i got home. Was not n pain no need for pain killers. So o drove.

The 3 Cousins got the Sleeve and they all experienced Dumping, 1 cousin had it for 3 weeks straight,,

I only had 2 just got back from the Market and bought me 3 four packs, my cousin said she also "baby food" to eat, :/ umm maybe I'll try that :/ or maybe not :/ that is the question!?
