Post Op Cream Soup Stage

Omg!! I was very skeptical about cream of whatever soups BUT cream of broccoli soup is absolutely delicious! I poured the can in a bowl, filled the can with skim milk and poured in the bowl, heated it and then strained it. I put it in small containers and heat when hungry. Yummy!

    I love cream of stuff, but GBPS i have to add my own spices! Cuz by itself i could not eat it, But the other day i added lowfat cream cheese and wow what a difference (i put 1 tablespoon only)
