Are you getting in enough liquids? You could be dehydrated. It will also make you tired or weak.

I am trying to get in as much as possible. I am having a hard time figuring out if i am thirsty or full. I drink 2 maybe 3 bottles of water a day. I was hospitalized 4 days ago for dehydration. I am trying so hard to get it all down.

Try to sip, sip, sip, sip all day long. My surgeon requires me to get minimum 64 oz. of water daily... its hard at first I know but you can work up to it. When you are dehydrated you feel awful I know !!! My main goal right after surgery was getting my water and protein in.
