  2. Khuff jello and pop r ok been taking them all is ok, you need to try and see what you can handle, every person is different, but don't be Scared!!
  3. If u you buy just like muscle milk it has 20g of Protein and or Eas that has 42, drink 2 you get 84g for the day & or 60g a day. Instead drinking Isopure???

  6. I think becuz Almond milk is more Healthier then reg Milk, is the reason they prefer you to drink almond milk. ( I'm guessing)

  8. I'm. So Happy!! No more "ISOPURE!!" I think I can handle reg protein 3 times a day yea!!!
  9. Went n on Tuesday morning 5:44am, surgery was 1:17 min, came home Wednesday!. And all is well.
  10. I don't care for all that sugar free stuff I prefer Stevia better but what can you do!.
  11. Milk yummm, Milk (non-fat) then I'll try Almond Milk with pudding [sugar-free] ohhh but I'll try it anyways lol

  15. Vickilyn every person is different i really didn't have pain, they gave me a button to push every 10 minutes, for the pain, I used it every 4 or 5 hours!! Lol. What is hard for me is drinking the Protein drinks(Isopure) To Me It's Nasty!! But to each his own, you should have a guide lime to follow, Liquids 0-3 days, full Liquids 4-14, and soft foods 15-30 days, then Stage 4 introduction to Solid foods.
  16. Go figure it has on thr Isopure as a liquid. But I guess not as a Hydration liquid ( but more like liquid meal) ugh
  17. It's so hard! And emotionally it is draining!! I can't wait for Sunday then regular Protein drinks, I can handle that alot better Thank you
  18. Full Liquids i have to wait for Sunday!! This is Torture!!! It's. That Protein drink that is just Killing me YUCK YUCK YUCK!!! I'm Having a hard time with that cuz we need 60-75g a day!!! Callgon take me away!!!

  20. Clear Liquid 0-3 days hydration is very important. What you can have. Water, Isopure, Crystal light, Diet Snapple, broth, Decaf Tea/ Coffee, Propel water, SF Popsicle/ Jello and Ice Chips. My coordinator said Isopure does not count as a Liquid.. sheez
  21. Thanks, i have been drinking more water, it's hard to drink the Protein it just grosses me out!! But I'm trying!!

  23. Make sure you get all your water in, along with your Protein drink, aim to drink 60-75g of protein and about 68 oz that would be 4 to 6 oz each hour (Sugar free ice cream pops, decaf ice tea, broth) It's. Not easy with that small Tummy but it must be done.
  24. I drank one! How many do i need to in a day and for the 3 days at post op.
