Do we have to drink this or can we get other sources of Protein like Muscle Milk ect....

    When i had mine they had me drinking bariatric advantage, comes in different flavors. They have a website by same name just add .com

    isopure is just one protein source. I drink premier protein shakes bought at Sam's at 30 grams of protein. but you can try protein powders mixed with water or milk. or unflavored added to drinks. My surgeons office gave me some samples of unjury chicken soup that I add to my church chicken soup it adds 21 grams of protein and it is really good.

    If u you buy just like muscle milk it has 20g of Protein and or Eas that has 42, drink 2 you get 84g for the day & or 60g a day. Instead drinking Isopure???
