Ok that's what I bought and it sounded like a lot was just checking !

I also use the 5000 mg

It is actually 5,000 micrograms, not milligrams.

Mine is 10,000mcg

I use the 10,000 mg by Natrol. My surgeon says it's great. I got it from Walmart

I only take what comes in my baruatric advantage vitamin already. So far ive lost very minimal hair. My nutritionist says theres no way to stop.the hair loss, its just part of it. I do use a nice keratin shampoo daily.

I have been taking Biotin for 4 month it does work, along with 100% castro oil ( it works 2 ways) 1st way- you message a small amount into the scalp, wash out the next day-- 2nd if your hair is getting "Dry" put in from scalp to tips leave over night wrapped wash out in the morning, can be done 2 or 3 Xs a week ( my hair was feeling like hay dry lifeless) now it's very soft and looks. Healthy.

I also use 5000
