Pretty much talk to you about what is going to happen on surgery day. What food you will eat right out of surgery. Protein. Vitamins. Taking time off work. They make sure you have all of you pre op test finish and answer all questions. I was in with a group of two other ladies. Pretty much a informational meeting. Stephanie

So it has been 15 weeks since my surgery. I had my surgery on Nov 2nd. My weight on surgery day was 243 with my highest weight being 253. Today I am at 181. I am feeling so good! I finally ran out of any clothes that use to fit me including pants that I have saved throughout the year! I am down to what I was in high school when I graduated in 2007. I can't weight to get where I wanna be. It is a lot harder than each day you go, but I love the challenge. Stephanie

Surgery Nov. 2nd 2012. Size before surgery 18w-20w pants. 1x-2x top. Size today 14 pants. Large top. Weight from 243 on day of surgery to 185 today. Stephanie

I am taking birth control pills. Started taking them a week ago. When I take them my pouch just doesn't agree and I feel sick all day. Can't eat or drink at all without getting close to throwing up. What other options do you ladies recommend for birth control besides the pill. Stephanie

I went and had my appointment with Dave. He gave me the little quiz. And I answered them. Got some correct got some wrong. I didn't even know about the little quiz. He pretty much went through all the questions with you. Nothing to be worried about at all. Stephanie
