Hello, I'm 5'1 1/2" goal is 145 (maybe less, didn;t want to set myself up for failure)

i'm 52 and my goal is 140. My nut said the body scanner said my body with 0 fat would weight 118. So, 130 at the very lowest.

4'10". Starting weight before surgery 268. Don't know my goal because I've been fat since I was 6. I'll stop when it feels right. I am 60.

5ft 1in here. I am waiting for rny gp, current weight is 271lbs and goal weight is 110lbs.

5'4 here. Starting weight 256. Goal weight 150. Current weight 146.

5-2 goal 135

I am 4'11 and my goal weight is 130-135

4' 10" and goal weight is 120.

5'4" 1/2 Current weight:168 Goal: 125.
