  3. i have just the 1 mile but i just bought on ebay mile 1 2 and 3 mile. i like using it in the privacy of my home. it does get me motivated to use this each day. sue
  4. hi hazel eyes i too found that i had 3cc in my band when they placed it. i now have 3 fills. up to 6cc in band now. i feel restriction now, i was at a stand still for about a month. i had surgery on nov 7 2007. sue
  5. hi i live in st ignace had my surgery at gts and i to started a support group. so far we have 6 people coming to it. but i hope for more. it is very casual it nice to just have someone to talk to, and how things are going. we just did not limit it to LBS but for everyone who has had WWS. right now i'm at a stand still. not evert happy about that. sue

  8. megster where do you live in the up? i live in st ignace had lap band surgery on nov 7th with dr featherstone. if you are close. a few of us started a wls support group the 2nd tues of the month. if interested i can let you know where and what time hope to hear from you sue
  9. hi i had my surgery nov 7th i just had my second fill. so far everything is fine and no problems. gts is great. you will do great. sue
  10. hi i was banded on nov 7th 2007. i had the same pain it is gas. try a heating pad and i also took gas x the thin strips,they work well. hope this helps it will not last more than a few days. sue
  11. hi teach lady my name is sue . i had my surgery in tc and a few of us from the upper peninsula i live in st ignace want to start a small support group. i noticed that you started one in alpena. can you give us some ideas on how to start this. there are about 10 to 15 people that i know in this area that has had either lapband or rny. your help would mean alot. thank you sue
  12. misty i'm doing great. the liquid stage was not that bad. when i first came home from the hospital you will not be hungry and the liquids are for only 1 week, it was easy to do. get sf popsciles,i bought walmart crystal light they have alot of flavors,chicken and beef broth about a half a cup at a time. alots of water.any questions please ask. take care sue
  13. hey northern mist. how are things going for you? i think you started this process around the same time i did. i had my surgery on nov 7th with dr featherstone and had my first fill on dec 18th. so far i have not had any problems. hope you get a date soon good luck sue

  15. hi all i had my surgery on nov 7th in traverse city with dr featherstone. so far everything has gone smooth. i go for my first fill on dec 18th. i have not had any problems fell wonderful. sue
