  1. I wouldn't share about wls. Can you imagine what he might feel if you do? He may not see it as support, but censure. Support him. Tell him about your friends that had weight loss surgery. Tell him about here. But I wouldn't open myself up to others criticism.
  2. Did they put you on actigall?
  3. Carbs at this point are bad- sugar can make you dump and increase your hunger. Limit your diet to protein, veggies, and fruit. You will feel better. Four weeks out is still really early. As a protein shake between meals. You might be protein starved.
  4. About time for a stricture. Call your doc.
  5. How far along are you tlynn? I get hungry. Starving like hungry. But then I can get rid of it pretty quick with hard Protein like steak or pork. Something that won't process quickly. Soup gets rid of the hunger pangs but they come back pretty quick. And if I do eat heavy protein foods- by dinner, I really can't eat much. If I starve myself all day I tend to eat to the point of discomfort. So staying away from carbs-I can keep the hunger pangs at bay.
  6. Don't get started developing an eating disorder. Its head hunger. Drink more water. Go for a walk. Get into exercising. Call a friend. Go shopping and look at clothes. Fast food is bad my friend. Spitting out food will start you on a slippery slide and still allow you to ingest fat and carbs.
  7. Call your doc to make sure. You'd feel better.
  8. Depends how long it lasts. Lol!!!!!
  9. Ajustice, When we are successful there will be those who become hateful. Don't let them get to you. Your are doing great! Von up and don't let Satan steal your joy.
  10. You should follow your dr orders. Your stomach can't prevent you from over eating right now. That seems a bit much atm. Call your doc.
  11. Seriously? Any calories add up. Liquor is a no no. Really high probability of transfer addiction with no nutritional value.
  12. Chicken, Turkey, and beef can be really tough for people. I am about 15 months out of surgery and still sometimes have problems with chicken. Juice it up!- sauce it up, or don't eat it. Try moist fish or seafood and see if that's any better. Scallops were my go to food for a while.
  13. Nope. Many of us did.
  14. How about sharing it with the local food banks?
