It can be a number of things but often as a result of toxins leaving your system or you bring dehydrated. Try skin cream, more water drinking and maybe a bath in epsom salts.

Seriously? Depends on your doc. Most of us do yogurt, high protein, low carb. 3-5 meals a day. Protein first, 2-3 oz per meal.- 100lbs down

Omg kristy! I do understand. I ran out. ..lazy in wash i guess (of my newer sizes) so i put on a pair that i had bought about 4 months out. Threw em all away when i came home that night. No more baggie underwear for me.- Lil piece of heaven

Typically protein shakes are in the Liquid stage and puree follows the liquid stage.- Its not fair..... My heart is broken

I disagree with the carbs comment. Unless you are at goal weight-I.e.a bmi of 25, You need protein before and after exercise.- pre op diet

(((Hug))) jayla. My daughter's husband goes on deployments. It's tough. But look at it this way- hard to get pregnant for 6 months, and you will be so skinny when he returns. ... you might need extra protection if you want to avoid it. My daughter has 5 little ones all from returns from deployment, lol!- Tired of eating the same foods
Mary, didn't you have your surgery in January? What's to stop you from a few crackers with tuna salad or chicken salad in them? Key word here. ...few...lol! 3 or 4 small crackers. - Think my pouch is stretching :(
