Today started out brilliantly ,did my 51/2 miles drink 60 gm of protein and was just relaxing on the couch when I got a call from a number I didn't recognize, I usually just ignore ,but today I answered and now I can't stop crying ,I feel so sad , so helpless , so angry!! It's so surreal it's cant be true , my best friend for 31 years the person I just spoke ,to ,who had made plans to see and hang out with when I leave for Seattle this summer has died....... My friend Ethel the one person who has been there for me through thick and thin ,has died of an brain aneurysm ,she's gone I'll never see her face and hear her laughing ,I'm angry as hell !! We weren't finished ,we had so much more to do , to say , to experience !! We were suppose to grow old together rocking on the front porches with our grand kids and husbands, she has four grand kids to my zero , i will fly to Seattle next week to be with my dear friend one last time I miss her like crazy already my world is forever changed . RIP Ethel my true dear friend what will I do without? ;(

I'm so sorry for your loss, our school faced the exact same thing this time last year she was only in the 7th grade. Find someone to talk with, let yourself grieve and remember all the times you had together and cherish your memories.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. Wish I could do something to comfort you. Your post hit me truly in the heart and it took me awhile to respond as I've lost someone so suddenly myself. May the peace that passes all understanding find you. I'm so sorry. I know she will live deep in your heart forever.
