  2. I went back to work after 5 days the worse part is the gas pressure.
  3. Yea same here I thought I was having a heart attack too and it took my breath away. Good news is the surgery to remove it is easy.
  4. If I go out to a restaurant or stop at a fast food place which only consists of subway for me. I always feel guilty I feel like "why did I eat that" the truth is sometimes we can't cook or prepare something 100% healthy the key is if you are going to eat something you know is bad or you shouldn't then just work out a little harder the next time. Keep your body in balance. Don't feel guilty yes we have had surgeries to correct ourselves but you still need to live your life. Eating bad once in awhile will keep you sane just don't make bad habits and stay conscious of what you are doing.
  5. The ultrasound will be the deciding factor for you I just realized I said pain on my left side but meant my right side. Good luck!!

  9. Oh yea my gallbladder had to be removed around 6 months I would get really bad pain in my left side after eating and get random pains mid chest. They did my blood work for my 6 month check up and said my liver enzymes were really high. They ended up doing an ultrasound and said my liver looked fine but I had gallstones. Also another symptom I had was I would have to use the rest room not too long after I hate and would get burning in my intestines which after the gallbladder surgery seems to improved. Hope this helps.

  19. I'm like 5 months out and still get bad gas and it's not your normal toot it's like a sonic boom that lasts for 5 seconds and then clears the room. It's embarrassing but I'll take it to be healthy.
  20. I don't know if it's allowing us to post pictures anymore seems to be having problems with that but here I'll give it a try.

  22. I just had mine out on the 12th still in lots of pain from surgery. I knew I had to haven't out because I would get extreme pain on my right side under my ribs that would feel like a heart attack I had an ultrasound that showed numerous stones so the decided to take it out. I still have pain in the center of my chest and I'm really hoping it's not something else.

  24. Well I figure it's time for an update. When I started my Weight loss Journey I was 511 pounds I am now right around 345 pounds, after my WL surgery (July 16 th) I had to have emergency back surgery (Aug 6 th ) which set me back a little and I just had to have my gallbladder out this past Thursday yes 3 surgeries in 5 months but I'm a total of right around 164 pounds for total weight loss and I'm very proud of that. I still have about 60 more pounds before I hit my goal but I feel i'll get there in no time. Everyday for me is still a learning opportunity, I feel like I can now eat anything there are obviously things I stay away from like high fats, high sugars, and high carbs. I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy the new me just yet because of all the surgeries but I'm hoping this last one was the charm and I can really start to enjoy this new life. There have been many ups and downs but I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm down. 3 shirt sizes and 6 pants sizes. I'm glad to hear from you all and hear all your great progress!
