It last for me. And no actually no hunger at all. Only head hunger. And that's something I'm working on. Realizing my body is not capable of telling me that I'm hungry. And it has to b my brain. Once u know the difference between the two. It really helps

How far along are you tlynn?

I get hungry. Starving like hungry. But then I can get rid of it pretty quick with hard Protein like steak or pork. Something that won't process quickly. Soup gets rid of the hunger pangs but they come back pretty quick. And if I do eat heavy protein foods- by dinner, I really can't eat much. If I starve myself all day I tend to eat to the point of discomfort. So staying away from carbs-I can keep the hunger pangs at bay.
