UGH, Are you serious!?!

I cant believe it... I did a quick weigh in while I was at the nutrition center today for something else and Ive gained back 5 of the pre-op weight I have lost... so upset and I dont know what to do now... my next appt is the 3rd and I cannot go in there with a weight gain... any suggestions???

Maybe you are in the time of your cycle when you accumulate water? My dietician was understanding when I told her about it.

The scale can be so evil sometimes!

I don't know if this works for everyone but I have noticed that if I increase my water and protein it seems to help. I'm still preop too.

I was told to contact should I gain, so that they can help me adjust and figure out why.

True! I got on scale today, gained back 5#.. I know im pre monthly cycle.. Increase water, Protein for sure.. Its prob all water weight. :)

It's normal. Our weight fluctuates all the time. For instance, last week I was 273 then 3 days later, 280. Now I'm back to 273. Don't get upset.
