  3. I needed to lose 10% so my insurance has a program for the surgery and there is calorie counting and exercising. Day of surgery I was 8 pounds short, but k think the doctors want to see that you're trying.

  5. The only way is surgery? I know I'm going to have flabby arms but I thought working them out would do the trick:(
  6. I had the Merina (iud) put in one month before my surgery. When I read how fertile women become I didn't want to chance it.
  7. At first I was a champ! I didn't crave anything didn't feel like I was missing out, I ate only what's on my list! But boy oh boy, as days went on I'm going nuts! What I can eat.grosses me out! I crave everything I can't have! Good luck ladies!

  9. LOL everyone I've talked to who has had it all tell me "follow what Dr says & don't cheat" yesterday while visiting my parents my dad had cut uo some fruit (hicama) I love it! I chewed till there was nothing but.mush and spit it out. I felt guilty but I didn't cheat per say
  10. I got zofran after surgery & this weekend when treated for dehydration. It helped!
  11. I'm 1 month on wednes & I just went through the dehydration deal Saturday. Your symptoms sounds familiar, but check your pee color.... Dark? = dehydrated! I wonder the same how can I get all my liquid and protein? the ER doc said this is very common because of that fact. It's hard, I know! Hang in there!!!

  13. I need to try these. My hubby bought me the sweet tea Mio.... It was okay at first I guess it was just something different, but its actually not good at all. Lol I need to try some crystal light!
  14. Mine was similar! He came in asked some questions... One being loose teeth. Said he would give me something to relax and that I should say my good bye to hubby ... I remember kissing hubby the nurse telling she would be the entire time and them moving the bed I was OUT next I woke up in recovery being told to take deep breaths but it felt like there was someone sitting on my chest.
  15. Yes as I found out dark urine for sure is dehydration and need more liquids. I'm liking poweraide zero for the electrolytes
  16. You are cleared for gym? I'm only cleared to walk until thurs when I have my 1 month

  19. Yes! 6 months seems like a long time, but goes by so fast. Let the 6 months be a time to focus on what you need to do for you. Before you know it you will be doing everything you never imagined! Hugs
