I feel your pain! I have been stuck and my scale is going to get thrown in the trash! I was complaining to my hubby... And he said "maybe you eat to much?" Only kidding... Lol but I burn 2,000 cal daily without exercise!! and only eat 500 shouldn't I just be melting away??? SO FRUSTRATING! Surgery 7/25/12

Thanks John! What's worse is my friend owns his own crossfit gym. LOL I know he would be crazy supportive but ughhhh. I can say I'll give it a try and depending how I do after will say if keep it up or try again later. Surgery 7/25/12

It's been a rough time for me also I had the hardest time with commercials and the food network. I always said I'm an emotional eater but then that month of hardly any food I quickly realize I'm a food addict. I just love food. I needed to find a balance and eat to live not live to eat. I can relate. I'm happy... I wasn't miserable pre op I just see now I was in survival mode. I was always keeping busy ... Never took pride in how I look. I was always tired and that makes for a pretty crappy & resentful person. Now even though all of my cloths are big & mentally I'm not ready to shop I still dress up I have a renewed self confidence and haven't left the house with wet out of the shower hair and no make up. & that confidence shows in personality, my work, my smile, & my marriage for sure!!!! I'm a happy mommy & wife. Surgery 7/25/12

I really really want to do crossfit... I am infatuated with the sport/gym type. I keep talking myself out of it ... Like I'm not there yet. Let me lose xx amount and I'll start. I just got Insanity going to start tonight. Lol I think I'm insane to even try but it gets me closer to crossfit Surgery 7/25/12

That was totally me! I guess I was lucky the nurse in the hospital was 100% real, I wanted to walk but the pain was pretty bad after pump was removed and I was not able to pass it... She said use the medicine to work like it should. So I got home I used the gas x and in the middle of the night on the day I got home I was able to pass it. The next day I swear I was 99% better. Yeah those were a God sent for me when I just got home from hospital. The surgeon had mentioned it before hand, so I had it right when I.got home Surgery 7/25/12

I have found myself cheating when I realized I don't dump or get sick from eating stuff... I have thrown up from not chewing enough. It sucks I really wanted the dumping and sick if I ate the wrong stuff... Sort of like a reality slap... But no. I have to really watch what you eat. Its hard for me. Best of luck Surgery 7/25/12

I don't do ice because I like the light consistency. And I try to keep it 8 oz or less. But yeah yogurt and fruit, and I do frozen fruit. If I do Greek yogurt I add splenda. And I don't over blend because it gets to foamy. Try it I don't taste any protein powder:) Surgery 7/25/12
