Put your exercise shoes on I find that is my best motivation! I don't belong to a gym, but its the same concept as just going there when you don't want to.... Once you're there you're gonna so something! Good luck Surgery 7/25/12

I was never a late night person but I thought I would never get my energy back as a morning person & with no green light on coffee it was hard.... But it all comes back. It's only a short grieving:) Surgery 7/25/12

That happened to me... When I realized it I was only peeing once a day. Is it really dark yellow/Orange or yellow or pretty clear. The darker it is the more likely its dehydration. Surgery 7/25/12

About week & a half.... I eased into it. I would start on my side and kinda move over to my stomach but if I felt discomfort I would go back. Until I was all good.... I'm a tummy sleeper. Surgery 7/25/12

Thank you, my uncle passed away after a long and painful struggle. Unfortunately, his passing was very unexpected even though we knew he was ill. I managed to eat a few spoons of yogurt w/ Protein granola. I'll make some soup later. Thanks for the love. Surgery 7/25/12

Yesterday was a very rough and emotional day for me and my family. I was able to get in all my liquids & Protein & Vitamins. I woke up today drained and nauseous beyond words. I made a camamille tea and came to work. I made a hard boiled egg and all I can do is stare at it. I should have eaten at 6am pst but now its 8:30 and still nothing. Is it ok not to eat today? Just drink tea? & my hormones are making me crazy. Need to hold it together and eat but I would rather cry and drink tea. Ugh... Feeling gross TGIF Surgery 7/25/12

Mine is a walking one each part is walking one mile and its great! I know what you mean, I got insanity... And quickly realized I'm not there yet! Lol turned it off and put on my biggest loser dvd Just googled it and its called POWER WALK. We did it in my pre op class and I actually enjoyed it. Surgery 7/25/12

I walk a trail/hiking mountain 2 x a week. I do a biggest loser walking dvd 3 times a week. And do 2 lbs weights on my yoga ball for my arms and stretching. I can't wait to start crossfit! Surgery 7/25/12
