Late Nights..

Ate nights just don't work for me anymore! I'm 4.5wks post op and the day/night I decide to push myself to do a little more I end up exhausted the following day and watch movies..which I kinda love..I love my alone time at home but I grieve my old lifestyle. Going out with friends all the time, late nights, early mornings...sigh' ;)

And why don't you go out? Today am almost 4 week out, and I went to a BBQ at my chair's. I had my pureed lunch b4 going, and sipped water all mt time there. I felt good, and many friends talked to me about my weight loss. It was quite good time.

next week am going to a brown bag lunch with friends in a park.

you can always find something fun to do with your friends. Think positively

Your energy will come back.....TRUST ME. I've had plenty late nights.

I was never a late night person but I thought I would never get my energy back as a morning person & with no green light on coffee it was hard.... But it all comes back.

It's only a short grieving:)
