My Surgery 8/20

I had my surgery August 20 and i stuggled a little with the diet, and ive been exhauststed but ihave to say everything has been going well, i love my Dr. Im with St Jhon weight loss center, and since i started my journey ive loss 45lbs...ive struggled with diets my entire life, and now excerise is my best friend..i have a whole new outlook on life and i love it

    Congratulations on the loss!! I too have struggled most of my life and hope that I can start to enjoy excercise too!
