  1. I bought 2wks worth and used only 3 packs because I'm allergic, I paid 150$ for them. I gave them to my mom but I don't think she has much interest in them so they are just sitting in storage. I'm in Winnipeg and I could mail them if you'd like, I'd ask 60$+ shipping... Let me know:) I have chocolate and vanilla.
  2. A few months before my surgery I researched all about the weight loss process and my goal was to loose 25lbs in the month of my surgery, including 2wk liquid diet and for every month after that my goal is to loose 10lbs a month. I was 263 when I started and now (a month later) I'm at 228, 35lbs down, so I'm ahead of my goal but for the month of September my goal is to still loose 10lbs and keep that number. My real goal is to consume enough fluids, nutrition and calories, I almost forget its about the weight loss sometimes...
  3. I'm 3wks out and walk 5km every morning...I feel like I want to do more but I did an 8km hike on the wkd and was exhausted! Guess the hills were a little much but I want to do more. I still can't do yoga or biking, doc's orders...I did leisurely swim but it gets boring when you can't do anything more then a doggy paddle, ugh
  4. Actually no I wasn't, that was a real response, lol!! too funny!
  5. Erythritol, found in stevia is also a sugar alcohol however studies/google have indicated that this is the best one to consume because the side effects are much less. Granted they downturn that folks with digestive problems should avoid this type of sugar alcohol it tends to depend on the individual. I have a Vitamin water daily and it makes me feel great and love the flavors, more particular Yumberry! It's a Chinese strawberry. It really is yummy:)
  6. They are in large quantities, fortunately my sweet tooth doesn't come along often and when it does 5 smarties suffice:)
  7. Good one! I'm 3wks out, I had 1oz of red wine, 3/4oz of tequila (wasn't that good), 1oz fish, 1oz chicken and an inch of bacon with my boiled egg whites. It was all so delicious. Of course I had my protein shake, water and exercise too:) was a fantastic wkd at the lake!!
  8. Awsome!!!!! So great, feels good eh?!
  9. I listen to tony Robins when I'm feeling left out, best thing he ever said was "turn your do's into must", it keeps me from feeling isolated and in control of myself/my life, something I used to get with food. xoxo
  10. I'm 3 weeks out and I suck on 3-5 smarties, one at a time, until they melt completely, works great. Same with skittles! Yum!
  11. This is too funny! I had no idea pizza pops were only in Canada. It's like a big perogy but filled with chopped up veggies, meats and cheese. It's a deep fried delicious mess so I thought I could potentially get away with the insides...lol
  12. Sounds like a chat with BF needs to happen and also sounds like your doing everything right. Maybe start counting calories and see what your intake is and then go see a dietician/nutritionist for some ideas:) This isn't about being wrong or right, it's about experiencing your new body and seeing how it works, be kind to yourself my dear, you've made a lot of courageous changes in the past few months. <3
  13. I've lost 35lbs in 1 month including liquid diet. Aug 1- 263lbs, started liquid diet Aug 15- 248, surgery date Sept 1- 228 today
