  7. This maybe a real stretch but my step sister cut out gluten for a while and it help after she had her gall bladder out. She was having the same issues. Good luck. I know it's hard...

  9. Brianne, dehydration can make you lightheaded. Try to take baby steps. Work on water today and some protein also try propel and low cal Gatorade g2. It helps with electrolytes. Good luck.
  10. Lol. This was the best day for me. It got much easier after I could get the damn gas out!!
  11. If you would have asked me this last Thursday an Friday I would have said no. I had a stricture from a staple and had to have emergency surgery. But I am fine now and doing well. I post this not to scare you but yes there can be complications and it is a rough road at times. But the end results are worth it. I can't believe I'm not hungry. I want what I see on tv or what I make for dinner but its different. I have some yogurt and move on. Good luck!!
  12. Falicia: my weight is all over the place too. You had a different complication then me but our bodies are in shock. Also protein helps heal so this is a bit concerning but yes talk to your dr. Prayers. We can get thru this. I've only lost a pound since my surgery. Hugs!!

  14. Yes! Take as much time as you need don't rush it. We all heal different. I keep thinking why I still feel like crap and others are back to work. I had complications so I can't compare. We need to take the time to heal and adjust. The gas pain is unreal. Period...

  22. Hiccups and laughing are no fun either. I had hiccups the first two days. That I didn't expect.
