  1. I would really concentrate on whether you feel actual hunger or mental hunger. Actual hunger will go away with a glass of water and twenty minutes. Head hunger lingers...

  14. Wow!!! Congratulations!!!!! That's so great!!! I have 25# to go to get to ONEDERLAND!!
  15. Oh for sure!! For me, my inner pessimist will say, "Oh, you're four months...five months...six months post op, you're done losing..." Tell her to shut up!! I wish I'd kept up with inches, but very much like everyone else, I know the inches will be falling off in those "stall" times...
  16. So I'm wondering if anyone might have advice...I'm down 90# since surgery, but I've noticed that sitting at my desk makes my butt hurt!! First I thought maybe since there wasn't as much padding that was it, but then I thought maybe I'm holding my body wrong and I should sit differently...like when I had the kids, I would have to practice tucking my butt under because when I was pregnant, I stuck my butt way out to compensate for the belly...anyone else have this problem??
  17. I'm like kisersassy...I'm 6 months out and I too stall two weeks each month. This is when I lose inches. I drop numbers for two weeks and then inches for two weeks. I'm down 90#. I keep a journal. It's easier to identify the patterns and shut that inner pessimest up!! Keep going!!
  18. I had a sorta-fajita...2oz grilled chicken, tbsp cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole. Yummyyyyy!!
  19. Actually completed my very first 10K!! Charlotte Racefest!! 6 months ago I couldn't jog more than a few minutes!! I'm so blessed!!!
  20. I have a girlfriend who had to have one fixed 8 or 9 months post op. The doctor carefully worded the write up and INCLUDED the tummy tuck!! Lucky girl!
