Posture Issues?

So I'm wondering if anyone might have advice...I'm down 90# since surgery, but I've noticed that sitting at my desk makes my butt hurt!! First I thought maybe since there wasn't as much padding that was it, but then I thought maybe I'm holding my body wrong and I should sit differently...like when I had the kids, I would have to practice tucking my butt under because when I was pregnant, I stuck my butt way out to compensate for the belly...anyone else have this problem??

My azz bones hurt and I'm trying to add more glute exercises to build up the padding again. I can now wiggle on and off the glute muscle - such a weird feeling. lol I also have posture issues and I guess because my center of gravity has changed. I try to remind myself to sit tall and keep my chest forward, shoulders back and chin high when I walk. It's like I'm having to retrain myself.
