4. It seems to make an impact when we switch things up. You know, confuse our bodies. Good for you on the big loss so far out.
5. I am one of those girls who weighs every single day religiously. I have been out of town before for a couple days and didn't take my scales, but this time I'm going for a week. I am thinking to pack my scales. I know the school of thought that says don't be a slave to the scales...weigh once a week...but that's not how I'm wired. Has anyone else taken their scales on vacation?
6. I had problems with tortillas until about 4 months post op.
7. Beef pinwheel stuffed with herbs and spinach.
8. This has been so inspiring, I need to book a flight somewhere!!
9. There really is a WIDE VARIATION! I had no belly shots. I had a private room. I didn't have a leak test. They some me up often for weight/vitals/meds. No catheter. My liquid pre op diet was two days. There were no meal trays. Good luck!!
10. Couple bites of salad, half a slice of pizza.
11. Obeasta, breakfast go-to is ALWAYS scrambled Egg Beaters and low fat cheddar cheese.
12. Increase your water, protein and Vitamin B. This will male an immediate and significant difference.

14. I adore BBQ!! Here in NC we have a great BBQ restaurant called Sonny's... I do stay out of there because the sweet sauce was my favorite and I know that would cause me to dump. I have enjoyed a couple church bbqs though. Yum!!
15. One rib from this fully cooked Jim Beam St. Louis Style BBQ ribs box...also had a couple bites of salad.
16. Thanks! Another plus side to not being plus sized!! I found both pieces for that bathing suit in the clearance section!! I paid less than $25 for that entire bathing suit!!
17. I eat them...I am 8 months out. Is it a great choice? No, so I try to compensate by choosing baked and eat less than a serving.
18. You look awesome!! Great work!! You also look very small! What size are you?
19. Well it's not for dinner, but I found 80 calorie bags of popcorn for the pool:)

21. I was 8 months post op on the 5th. I'm down 105 pounds. Surgery weight 315. Current weight 210.
22. This is one of my favorite posts ever!!! We have similar stats...I am 8 months post op. My surgery weight was 315. I'm now 210. You're a little smaller than me as I'm a 16 right now. I LOVE the idea of not touching the passenger next to me on a plane. I've not flown since surgery when I had to ask flight attendants for seatbelt extenders. Congrats and enjoy!!!
