  1. I'm almost 10 months post op, and I drink diet coke almost daily.
  2. Today, I reached an UNBELIEVABLE goal...something that just 10 months ago was out of the realm of possibilities in my world...ONEDERLAND!! I didn't believe it so I weighed again. It was off by a little, but I consider the goal REACHED!!!
  3. Two immediate thoughts come to mind: 1- most everyone stalls very soon after surgery. Your body is on to the diet game and decides to be a big pain in the ass. You will wake up one day and it will have started moving again. Trust me, I've stalled every months for 10 months!! 2- I'd try eating a little more. Every surgeon is different. Mine recommends 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. It works!! I'm down 115 pounds.
  4. What about one of the belly bands they sell for women who just had babies??
  5. Haters gonna hate. Success, whether in weight loss, finances, or in our jobs, is going to cause jealousy and envy in people who are unhappy with themselves. I hate that you're feeling gawked at and whispered about. Just keep your head up and pray blessings for those who are speaking maliciously about you.
  6. For those having issues with throwing up what they eat, what do y'all think is the problem? Do you eat too fast? Do you know it's going to come back up? I'm 9...almost 10 months post op and haven't had an issue with vomiting. Luckily.

  8. No. I tried it on for fun!! I wish I had somewhere to wear it!!
  9. I agree!! Rather than having my goal weight tattooed on me, I plan on tattooing my start weight... that way, it's ALWAYS about how far I've come rather than where I am...or where I have to go...
  10. This was my NSV last night...I went to White House Black Market and decided to try on a size 14 to "see" how far I had to go to get in a "real" size 14...I AM THERE!!!
  11. I like to say, "You have to feel your feelings...not feed your feelings."
  12. Omg!!! What is it about 204!??! I'm there too and that b!*CH has been on my scale for two weeks too!!! 204 needs to get to steppin!!
  13. Packed up several dozen boxes of food for underprivileged families in my area...then carried each box down to where they'd be picked up...then went swimming!!
  14. While using my SECU credit card with my pic from last summer, I was forced to use it as a debit because the pic on the front looks NOTHING like me!!
  15. That is awesome!!!! My high weight was 315...I've been at 202-203 for almost two weeks so I'm PRAYING to see that 1-- soon!!!
  16. I had 1/2 a chicken breast from Olive Garden. It was delicious. It came with raw spinach (yummy!!) And risotto...which they can't prepare correctly so I didn't have more than 4 little grains. The chicken was awesome though!!
  17. McDonald's has the best unsweet tea!! 2.5 packs of Splenda and I'm good to go!!! Plus it's only a dollar!!
