  17. Totally normal, Remember your body just went through a major surgery so your body is in shock. Trust me, give it time and keep following your eating plan and start walking!! This happened to me too and I actually got depressed right after my surgery, almost regretting it because I wasn't losing fast enough and now 9 months post op I'm down -124lbs! It will be melting off of you dear in a matter of time!

  21. Finally after stalling for two weeks at 203, I am finally under 200lbs! I haven't been under 200lbs since I was 14 almost 10 years ago! I am definitely on a high right now!! I am 9 months post op, HW: 322 CW:199 GW: 165 33 more pounds to go!
