I tried mashed taters once and they made me sick. One food I will stay away from for quite a while.

I have. I know I shouldn't. I need to come to terms with it. I could only eat chips when I had the lap band and protein shakes. I lived on them for so long and have not been able to give them up...

I eat them...I am 8 months out. Is it a great choice? No, so I try to compensate by choosing baked and eat less than a serving.
