Are you taking all the vitiams your suppose to? Unfortunately I get sick on them ,so I been to get more protein in my diet, I just tried the Special K protein drinks, they have 20grams of protein per drink bottle. It's kind of pricey $5.98 for a 4 pack. It comes in vannila, strawberry & chocolate. I hope this helps .

Maybe iron?

16grams,I've had no problems digesting this drink, no dumping syndrome, if that's what you're worried about, although I've only tried the vanilla flavor. Hop this helps. Peace

Increase your water, protein and Vitamin B. This will male an immediate and significant difference.

I agree... Increase you're Water, Protein and water. Also make sure you're eating enough carbs. You may also need to increase your B12 and B50... You may need to start fettichini B12 shots. Also... Fatigue does go hand and hand with the Post RNY life. Sometimes you just become fatigue and there is nothing you can do about it. If you're doing what is required .. it shall pass.

It happens because your pouch doesn't take in all the mutton it needs.

You might even be anemic right now too.

Go to your Dr and get your blood work done again.
