what's going on....

I'm almost 6 mos. Post op and have been losing about 2 lbs per week...since Thursday I have lost a little over 5 lbs...haven't really exercised this past week because the heat has been brutal herebin Cali....I'm happy to be losing just wondering how I can lose so little at the beginning and now all of sudden getting huge numbers on pounds lost. ..

Not much...I have increased my carbs but not much anything else. ..have bern also drinking more Water because of this summer heat...but overnight I gained .4 oz. ..lol...

It seems to make an impact when we switch things up. You know, confuse our bodies. Good for you on the big loss so far out.
