why so sleepy

I am beyond exhausted. I have a limited burst energy in the am and then drag horribly the rest of the day. This started 3 weeks ago and keeps getting worse. Had a post op visit with my hemetologist two weeks ago for anemia I was treated for pre op. All my blood work numbers can back very well if not better than 3 months ago. Does anyone have any suggestions of how I can get energy??? And I don't know which Dr to talk with about... bariatric surgeon, Hematologist, or maybe psychiatrist. I appreciate any suggestions.

I don't have that condition chronically, but when it comes on. I know it's dehydration. I up my water by about 25 oz and there is immediate improvement. Hope you feel better.

Have you tried taking b12? That seems to give me a ton of energy! Good luck!

I'd try the water and make sure you are eating and getting enough protein. Even a year out if I don't eat in time I start to crash.
