  1. I used to have those pains and it was gas.
  2. Turf and turf. It's a 16 oz T-bone and a 24 oz porterhouse. Also whiskey and a cigar.

  4. I just came off of liquids so the first thing I tried was the chili tonight. What other things have you tried?

  6. Hen starting on puréed food, how much do you typically have? I just had a half cup of chili and not feeling full. I'm being cautious but just wondering whAt are your experiences?

  8. It's normal I think. I did the same thing and now seven days post op. I even got some friends together and had a food funeral. Doctors would advise against it but I think a lot of us realize you won't be able to eat like that again and start to eat as much as you can.
  9. Hi everyone, I'm 3 days post op and since I've been hope I can feel my heart beating by just sitting there. My resting heart rate is consistently above 90. Compared to my wife's which is at 42. Just wondering if I need to be concerned.
  10. Its ok to put fruit in the bariatric advantage? if so how much? I'm 3 days post-op and already tired of these shakes.
  11. My surgery is tomorrow also and finished off the magnesium citrate. i've had to make a mad dash for the throne 5 times in the last hour. anyone have an idea of how long this is supposed to last?
  12. Surgery in the AM. On liquid diet day before. Driving around seeing all these restaurants are ticking me off! Now I'm just drinking chicken broth.

  14. HI everyone this is my first post. My surgery date is set for 7/17. I've been reading the posts and I see a lot of people are on pre-op diets. I have not been put on one and was just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation. I just find it weird that I haven't been put on one.
