    My nut told me I can have all the fruits I want because fruit sugar won't affect you. I am ADDICTED to apples right now. Anyone that is a diabetic, find this to not be a true statement?

  14. I just came off of liquids so the first thing I tried was the chili tonight. What other things have you tried?

  19. It's normal I think. I did the same thing and now seven days post op. I even got some friends together and had a food funeral. Doctors would advise against it but I think a lot of us realize you won't be able to eat like that again and start to eat as much as you can.
  20. Well I'm still on liquids myself. At least until Thursday. I never thought I would look forward to puréed foods so much in my life
  21. looks good. how long would that take you to eat?
  22. I just bought and tried Isopure. one serving has 50g of protien and doesn't taste that bad. I think much better than the bariatric advantage. Unjury is good also but maybe give isopure a shot if you haven't already.
