  1. I'm not on the pre op diet yet. I'm trying to lose like I always am.
  2. My psych appt is the 23rd. Will they not let me get the surgery if I'm completely honest about the way food haunts me?
  3. I'm still pre op, but I'm really trying to lose weight and get control of myself before surgery. Every night I go to bed saying "tomorrow is going to be the day I start" and I barely make it to noon before I binge, and then I feel horrible & guilty all day. I hate when I do this. This is what's gotten me to where I'm at.
  4. Pre-op Starting weight: 249 Consult weight: 242.6 Today's weight: 241.6
  5. Had my appt last week and it went really well. The only thing that freaked me out was when he found out I've had 2 c-sections, he said they need a Plan B in case they get in there and can't get to my intestines due to scar tissue. In that situation they would do the sleeve. When he looked at my stomach he was glad to see how low the scars were and said it won't be an issue but they he always likes to tell the patient just in case that happens. Anyone else have a plan b? I don't want the sleeve, I want bypass dammit!
  6. Wow. You look AMAZING. You look thin, confident & happy! Makes me so excited to get there!
  7. I just started Myfitnesspal pal and can't figure out how to add people without their email address. Would you guys add me? Kellyk2511
  8. I hope today you feel better and more each day. So glad you're done with the surgery, congrats!
  9. I'm glad you did. I know we all feel different when it's ourselves, but I think you are beautiful. Stunning. I always feel bad, because I NEVER take/keep pics of myself, and I'm always afraid that if something happened to me right now, my kids would have no pictures of me.
  10. I watched that a few weeks ago. It's crazy isn't it?
  11. I'm planning on quitting drinking. I've heard so many people that have swapped their food addiction to something else and sadly I can see myself being one of those people so I decided to just not drink.
  12. Wow you've been through so much already! Welcome. This is an amazing community full of great friends. Good luck on the TTC process!
  13. Good luck Paul! You're so ready for this!
  14. I feel like In right there with you and I could've written that myself. I'm still in the beginning of the process but I can't wait. Good luck, you're going to do great. Check in and let us know how it's going.
  15. I little tracker you wear to keep track wirelessly of steps, calories burned, etc..it also links to your myfitnesspal account http://www.fitbit.com/product
  16. Anyone have a Fitbit? I bought it yesterday and set it up last night. Super cool.
  17. I know that you could probably have these again, small portions, but I'm gonna use this as a reset button. Like someone else said, it's a slippery slope. Especially for me. I plan to quit drinking too. I'm not a big drinker, maybe once or twice a month but when I drink I drink to get drunk. I'm planning on changing everything I put into my stomach.
  18. Carbs. Pizza, fries, chips, tacos, etc. I'd be fine with never seeing another piece of cake or candy again. Sweets are nothing to me. But I am such a carbaholic it's what has gotten me here.
  19. That's awesome. Congrats on the loss! Reading this just makes me more and more excited!
  20. Can't wait to not look 9 months pregnant.
  21. That's great! So excited for you!
  22. Damn girl you are beautiful!!! I'm obsessed with your eye shadow! (I'm a makeup artist, not a creep lol)
